EML --> PST 변환가이드(상업적용도는 불법입니다.따라서 사용 후 프로그램은 삭제 하셔야합니다.) 첨부된 파일을 이용하여 프로그램을 설치합니다.(확장자 exe 로변경하여 설치) 설치된 프로그램을 실행 후 EML 폴더 지정 및 PST 저장위치를 지정 후 RUN 를 실행하여 PST 변환을 진행합니다. 3. 변환된 PST 파일을 아웃룩에서 열어 정상 변환 여부를 체크 합니다. 유의할점은 EML 폴더 지정 시 해당 폴더만 변환이 진행되며, 하위폴더는 변환되지 않습니다. 프로그램은 첨부하였으며 확장자를 EXE 로 바꾸어서 사용하시면 됩니다.

일정을 보시려면 아래와 같이 해주시면 간단히 해결이 됩니다. 위에서 이름을 클릭 주소록에서 모든장소를 선택합니다. Conference_room 을 선택 후 확인을 클릭합니다. 확인클릭 아래와 같이 공유해서 일정을 확인 할 수 있습니다. (위와 같이 관리자 일정이외 conference_room 일정을 동시에 확인 하실 수 있습니다.) 위 방법이외에 conference_room 사서함을 하나 더 추가하여 이용하는 방식이 있으나 위 방법을 권장드립니다.

아래의 방법으로 Outlook 2007에서 권한있는 두개의 계정에 연결하여 사용할 수 있습니다. 1. 아웃룩 도구 – 계정 설정을 클릭하면 아래와 같은 계정 설정 창이 열리고 Exchange를 선택한 상태에서 변경을 클릭합니다. 2. 기타 설정 버튼을 클릭합니다. 3. 고급 탭에서 추가 버튼을 클릭하고 사서함 추가에 권한 있는 계정을 입력하고 확인을 누르면 됩니다. 참고로 권한은 아래 위치에서 전체사서함 액세스 권한을 주시면 됩니다.
