메일 반송 retun message 554 5.6.0 STOREDRV 오류 해결

 

메일 발송 시 NDR return message 

"Remote Server returned '554 5.6.0 STOREDRV.Submit.Exception:PropertyTooBigException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message . [0x1039001f] PR_INTERNET_REFERENCES . PropertyTooBigException: . [0x1039001f] PR_INTERNET_REFERENCES .'"

발생으로 메일 발송 오류가 되는 경우

 

MS 포럼글 내용을 보면

아래와 같이 답변이 되어 있는데

문제가 되었던 부분은 사용자가 메일 전송을 계속 전달-전달 무한루프로 보내어 문제가 발생한것으로

새 메시지 작성으로 가이드하여 해당 이슈는 해결 종료되었다.

다른분들도 동일 메시지 받아보시면 위와 같이 안내하시면 될듯~

 

Please check if the messages the user sent with large attachments and help to verify if this issue affect all the messages from this user.

Meanwhile, it's recommended to create new message other than reply a old message.
